Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tarchos Sign (the “Service”), provided by Tarchos LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for the activity in your account and workspace, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt to breach security or access data that isn’t yours, or send documents for signature without a lawful basis to contact the recipients.
4. Electronic signatures
The Service facilitates electronic records and electronic signatures. You are responsible for determining whether an electronic signature is appropriate and enforceable for a given document and jurisdiction. Tarchos Sign provides audit trails and completion certificates to support common e-signature needs but does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee the enforceability of any signature or document.
5. Plans, billing & limits
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Plan limits (documents, seats) apply as described at purchase. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload. You grant Tarchos LLC a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. Your data stays yours.
7. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarchos LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
