Tarchos Sign is built and run by Trevor Smith through Tarchos LLC, a small, independent software company. There is no call center and no sales team between you and the product. When you email, you reach the person who builds it.
What that means for you
- Help setting up. Early customers get their first templates and document packets set up with Trevor's help. Send the engagement letter or intake form you already use and we'll turn it into something you can send in a minute.
- Straight answers. If Tarchos Sign doesn't fit how your office works, we'll say so. If a feature isn't built yet, the pricing page says “Coming soon” rather than implying it exists.
- Plain pricing. One flat monthly price for the office, a free plan with no card, and you can cancel from the billing page.
What we do and don't claim
Documents are encrypted at rest, every signing step is recorded in an audit trail, and each completed document carries a completion certificate. We don't hold third-party security certifications, and we won't imply otherwise. The security page describes what each safeguard covers.
