Document signing that looks and feels like your business.
Your customers should feel like they are working with your company—not being redirected into an unfamiliar platform. Tarchos Sign lets eligible workspaces personalize the signing and tracking experience with their own branding while Tarchos securely powers the workflow.

About Tarchos attribution
We are upfront about this: “Powered by Tarchos Sign” remains visible on applicable plans. On Free and Starter it appears as “Secured by Tarchos Sign”; on Business it becomes a subtle “Powered by Tarchos Sign” credit alongside your branding.
On Pro, your logo and workspace name take the primary position on signer-facing surfaces, and a small “Powered by Tarchos Sign” credit is retained alongside them. White-label here means your brand leads the experience — not that every trace of Tarchos is removed. Attribution is enforced on the server based on your plan — it isn’t something that can be toggled off in the browser.
Frequently asked questions
- What parts of the signing experience can I customize?
- On Business and above you can set your accent color, a custom signer welcome message, a custom completion message, your support contact details, and links to your own privacy policy and terms — these appear across the signing and tracking pages. On Pro, your company logo and display name also replace the Tarchos wordmark for recipients.
- Can I add my company logo?
- Yes, on the Pro plan. Upload a PNG or SVG (under 512 KB) in workspace settings and it replaces the Tarchos wordmark on signer-facing pages. Your branding is snapshotted onto each document when you send it, so changing your logo later never alters documents already out for signature.
- Can I use my company colors?
- Yes. A custom accent color is available on Business and above, and is applied to buttons, active fields, and highlights on the pages your recipients see.
- Does the recipient see Tarchos branding?
- On Free and Starter, recipients see the Tarchos Sign appearance and a “Secured by Tarchos Sign” credit. On Business, your color and messaging apply and the credit becomes a subtle “Powered by Tarchos Sign”. On Pro, your logo and name lead the experience, with a small “Powered by Tarchos Sign” credit retained alongside them.
- Which plan includes branding?
- Accent color, custom recipient messaging, support details, and the branded tracking page start on Business. Company logo and workspace display name require Pro. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Not yet — custom domains (for example sign.yourcompany.com) are coming soon. The settings and verification workflow are being built; until a domain is verified and activated, signing always runs safely on the Tarchos domain.
- Can I customize the completion page?
- Yes. On Business and above you can set a custom completion message that recipients see after they finish signing, alongside your branding and support contact details on the tracking page.
- Is branded signing available on the free plan?
- No. The Free plan uses the standard Tarchos Sign experience. You can start free and upgrade to Business when you want your own colors and messaging, or Pro for your logo and company name.
