Remote IT Support

Remote IT support you can see and stop at any time.

Many problems can be fixed without anyone driving anywhere. A technician connects to your computer only with your permission, you see everything on screen, and you can end the session whenever you want.

How it works

From first message to finished work

  1. Request help

Use the support form and choose remote support. We confirm who you are before any session.

  2. Start the session

You get a one-time link to the remote-support tool directly from Tarchos. You run it and approve the connection.

  3. Watch it get fixed

The session is visible on your screen, and you can end it at any time.

  4. Session ends

Access ends with the session. Nothing stays installed for unattended access unless you agree to it in writing.

Questions

Remote IT Support: common questions

Is remote support safe?

Sessions only start when you approve them, they are encrypted, and you see what is happening. Tarchos will never contact you out of the blue and ask to connect. If someone does, it is not us. Hang up.

Do you offer remote support outside South Florida?

Yes, where the problem can be handled remotely. Ask through the form.

Can you connect when I am not there?

Only for managed clients who have agreed in writing to unattended access for maintenance, and only on the devices listed in that agreement.
