How it works

From first message to finished work

  1. Describe the problem

Tell us the make, model and what happens. Photos of errors help.

  2. Diagnosis

We find the cause and give you the repair options and cost.

  3. Your approval

No repair starts until you say yes. If it is not worth fixing, we will tell you.

  4. Repair and testing

The machine is repaired and tested before you get it back.

Questions

Computer Repair: common questions

Will I lose my files?

Files are backed up first whenever the drive is readable. If a drive is failing, back up anything important yourself if you can before handing the device over.

Do you repair Macs?

Ask through the form with the model. Some Mac repairs are possible; others need Apple-specific parts or tools, and we will say so upfront.

Do you look through my files?

No. Technicians access only what the repair needs, and nothing personal is copied or kept.
