This notice covers the Tarchos IT services website at tarchos.net. Last updated November 4, 2026.
Tarchos Sign, the e-signature platform at sign.tarchos.net, has its own privacy policy. Information you give this website is kept separate from Tarchos Sign accounts and documents.
What is collected
When you send a support or consultation request: your name, optional business name, email address, optional phone number, the service or topic you choose, your message, your preferred contact method and, for consultations, the times you suggest.
With each request, the IP address and browser type it came from are recorded to prevent spam and abuse. They are removed from stored requests after 90 days.
How it is used
Only to respond to your request and, if you become a customer, to provide the service. It is not sold, rented or shared for anyone’s marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.
Where it goes
- Requests are stored on servers that Tarchos operates.
- The owner is notified through a private internal dashboard and a private message on Discord, which includes the request details.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website, so it processes your connection to it. It may set strictly necessary security cookies.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies or trackers.
How long it is kept
For as long as needed to respond and, for customers, for the length of the working relationship and any record-keeping it requires. Requests that turn out to be spam are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent. Use the contact form and say it is a privacy request.
Please don’t send
Passwords, payment card numbers, or other people’s sensitive information. Tarchos will never ask for them through the website.
