What we can and cannot do

No installation is required. Just download and run the file. It works immediately without admin rights or any setup.
No. Every session requires a one-time password that is only shown when the app is open. The password changes every time the app is restarted. Without this code, no one can connect.
Yes. All traffic is encrypted end-to-end. Tarchos runs its own self-hosted infrastructure — your session data never passes through third-party cloud services.
Simply close the Tarchos Remote Support app. The session ends immediately and the technician is disconnected. You can also press the disconnect button inside the app window at any time.
Some antivirus tools may flag remote support software. Tarchos Remote Support is safe. If your antivirus blocks it, you can add an exception or contact us and we can assist you through the process.
Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit) are fully supported. If you are on an older version of Windows, please contact us and we will find an alternative solution.
