Computer repair, custom PCs, and home networks.

One person, not a call center. You talk to me, Trevor, from the first message to pickup. You get a price before I start, and if it's not worth fixing, I'll tell you.

Services and prices

Labor prices. You approve a written quote before any work begins.

Parts, hardware and software licenses are extra, at cost. Home and on-site visits add a trip fee based on distance, quoted upfront.

Diagnosis

$49

I find out what is actually wrong and tell you what it costs to fix. The $49 is credited toward the repair if you approve it.

PC build: assembly

from $149

Your parts, assembled and posted: CPU, cooler, RAM, storage and GPU installed, BIOS updated, first boot confirmed. Help picking parts is included.

PC build: complete

$199

Everything in assembly, plus Windows or Linux installed with drivers, clean cable management, and stability testing before you pick it up.

Repairs and upgrades

from $79 + parts

Screens, keyboards, trackpads, charging ports, fans, SSD and RAM upgrades, and machines that won’t power on. Files moved over on drive upgrades.

Cleanup and reinstall

$79

Malware removal, a clean Windows reinstall, or getting a slow machine back to normal. Your files are backed up first.

Wi-Fi and network help

from $99

Basic troubleshooting or setting up one router or mesh system. Bigger jobs like wired runs or whole-house ad blocking are quoted separately.

Homelab and NAS

from $149

A basic setup: one NAS or server with one service (for example Plex, Jellyfin or backups) running and explained. Multi-service projects get their own quote with the deliverables written down first.

Remote help

$40 first 30 min

Software problems, setup, and “how do I…” questions over a secure screen share, anywhere in the US. After 30 minutes it’s $20 per 15 minutes, only if you okay it.

How it works

  1. Tell me what's wrong.

Use the form below or DM @tarchosit. Photos help.

  2. Get a quote.

Usually the same day. Some problems need a diagnosis first.

  3. I fix it.

Drop-off, or on-site for networks and builds. I keep you updated as I go.

  4. You test it, then pay.

Make sure it works before you leave with it.

Request help

Tell me what's going on and how to reach you. I reply within a day, usually faster.

Prefer to message? DM @tarchosit on Instagram.

Back up anything important if you can before handing over a device. I'm careful, but a failing drive can die at any time.

I only use this to reply to you. It's never sold or shared.
